The History of God Prophetic Army Ministries International

God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International was established by the Holy Ghost, January 2001. Our first foreign mission trip was to China, May 2001, where underground work was done, three days by certain teams, where Pastor Flower was head of one of those teams, distributing Salvation material throughout several areas in China. In the year 2002 the Lord led us to touch the soil of Israel, we obeyed and all of God’s Prophetic Army Ministries were able to attend excluding the children. This was a blessed experience for the Ministry. As we proceeded to do Ministry as usual and was comfortable during the norm the Lord spoke to us to get out of the four walls 2002-2004 and directed us to minister in a particular area in Washington, DC, we did not know, but the Holy Spirit knew that this area was all unwed mothers with five children or more. We obeyed God and minister house to house, neighborhood to neighborhood. Several families accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour and were baptized in the Holy Ghost with evidence of speaking in unknown tongues. We taught weekly in their homes about Jesus and Who He Is. There were teams of two by two twice a week as long as we were allowed to come into their homes.  Our goal was to teach the Bible for seven weeks per home.  The Lord met their needs spiritually, and physically. He changed many lives and gave them hope where there seems to be no hope.

Our services spilled over to the neighborhood schools as well, those of us that were available volunteered to serve in the schools where the children we ministered to attend. Our prayers and intercession went forth over the neighborhood and area and we watched God change the environment. Different facilities, playgrounds, recreation centers, etc. were built, schools improved inside and outside where we were assigned. Housing was improved, killings stopped in the area. Many Seeds were sown. The Lord allowed us to have a Jesus Block Party, an entire day for the community, with the participation of Police Dept., Fire Dept., Health Dept., Councilman, and Library wanted to know how we managed to get the people to come out and participate. We established a relationship and showed God’s love. Five young men gave their lives to the Lord on that day, “Jesus Block Party”. They expressed that no one had ever shown that much love toward them and did not want us to leave them. We give all honor and glory to God! Miracles, signs, and wonders during this season took place. God also allowed us to have a three-day Tent Revival in the neighborhood lives were saved at that Revival. God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International, by the Spirit of God, hosted for four years, a Prophetic Conference facilitated by Christian International 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2008; attendance from as far as Europe, and the Islands participated and were blessed.

God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International Youths were trained on how to serve. They assisted in serving the homeless and participated in evangelism monthly in the field. The Youth attended Youth Conferences each summer and in the fall. They ministered also to the Elderly in Nursing Homes. And participated yearly in our Annual Church Picnic. We have ministered two years on Radio, 2008-2010, every Saturday, 11:30 a.m. This was also ordained by God, people were healed and delivered and set free. The Ministry was asked by a Prophet in Chicago to please come and minister certain topics to the young ladies at his church, 16-40 years of age. The Lord confirmed my acceptance of that assignment once a month for about two years, 2009-2011. Kingdom work was done, there was a great visitation from the Lord during that time. God’s Prophetic Army Ministries have helped and participated with the homeless mission as well and continue as God lead us. This Ministry believes in the ordinances of the Church, Baptism in Water, and The Lord’s Supper. We have baptized many that gave their lives to Christ, many moved to a different area of the city and world.  We were invited to bring a team to certain areas in Russia, a team of four, led by Apostle Gloria Thomas in September 2014. The report was outstanding. The Lord allowed us to align with another ministry for a season and participated in a mission to Israel in 2010 and 2012 and visited the Knesset twice. And, in 2010 

Spring, Pastor Flower went on a mission to Tanzania and Rwanda Africa where much intercession and prayers went forth and ministered to many. God has given Pastor Francis L. and Flower Briscoe a mandate “What God Has To Say About Marriage” in October 2013, our first Marriage Encounter. This year October 2017, will be our fifth year presenting this Marriage Encounter, and  7 months, once a month follow-up. God is doing great work with this assignment. We have had the honor of counseling and officiating several weddings over the years, and the pleasure of three weddings in summer 2016. A current assignment “Bruce Place” where we evangelized this area a season ago and now the Lord is sending us back to revisit and allow Him to establish and build, heal and deliver and set the captives free like never before. We are at his beckoning call, awaiting His instructions. The Holy Ghost will lead and guide us as we go forth in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The Bible tells us to study to show ourselves approved unto God workman need not be ashamed rightly dividing the Word of truth. God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International has been part of My Life Bible College, where Pastor Flower Briscoe served as the President. The Ministry participated and earned Associate Degrees in Biblical Studies and Bachelor Degrees in Ministry. We give honor and glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May 26, 2017
