Pastor Flower B. Briscoe

Flower B. Briscoe, Pastor of God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International since 2001. Mrs. Briscoe is a trained intercessor by the late Emma Sherrill. She is the wife of her dedicated husband Pastor Francis L. Briscoe for 38 years. The Lord has bestowed many of his mantles upon her for the kingdom of God; Ascension gifts; doctor, mother of Zion, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and mentor to many sons and daughters. She was one of seven streams to Glory Center Ministries International under the leadership of Dr. Charlotte Phillips of Baltimore Maryland.

The pastor is a graduate of the National Church of God Bible College, Fort Washington Maryland. The Believers Bible college in Decatur, Georgia bestowed the Degree of Doctor of Biblical Studies upon pastor Flower Briscoe in 2006. She studied at the University of the District of Columbia and Howard University in Washington DC and is retired from Howard University. She is the National President of My Life Theological University.

She has been called to the nations to preach the Gospel in the power of the Holy Ghost where signs and wonders follow her as the anointing of God destroys the yoke of bondage in the lives of His people. Her passion is pulling in lost souls for Jesus. She has been and is used by the Lord to set the captives free, bind up the broken-hearted, equip God's people to become disciples, and find their place in God's end-time plan. The pastor has spread the gospel throughout the United States, Canada, the Middle East, Africa, and China.

She loves God and although she excels in several of God's giftings, she has one compelling desire and that is to hear the Lord Jesus say well done my good and faithful servant.

Pastor Francis L. Briscoe

Pastor Francis L. Briscoe of God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International, was born into a family where my mother and father loved the Lord. My mother made sure that we know who God is and that we followed his word. We attended a Roman Catholic church until I joined the Army. While in the Army I had several encounters with the Lord, two when I was in Asmara Ethiopia, and another while I was stationed in the Republic of Vietnam. These encounters strengthened my faith in God, a testimony I shall never forget.

In 1982, I married the love of my life, Apostle Flower, she had a calling from God, to minister the gospel, we talked about the Lord, and how much He loves us. I watched her as she ministered to people, I made sure that I did not get in the way of her calling.

One year, the Lord made it possible for the two of us to take a trip to Israel, three times now. We walked the grounds that our Lord Jesus Christ walked, this had an indelible effect on me and my faith, it was such a learning experience.

In 2010 I answered my calling and realized that I needed to walk in it. The opportunity to attended Bible College came up. And I took advantage of that opportunity, and I received a Bachelor’s Degree and an Honorary Doctors Degree in Biblical Studies/Divinity Degree from My Life Bible College. I love the Lord and His word and love ministering His word to others and to see them set free.

My wife and I hold conferences by the Spirit of God entitled “What God Has to Say About Marriage”, We present the scriptural writings that God has for us about how married people should love and treat each other. We will be holding these conferences as long as the Lord says so, people are surprised about how much God has to say about marriage.

Our Mission Statement

God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International mission is to “Go Ye” far and near, by the Holy

Ghost and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ of Nazareth to the lost souls and the

downtrodden,

for the kingdom of God, compelling them to accept Yeshua (Jesus Christ of Nazareth) as

their Lord and savior.

God’s Prophetic Army Ministries International is anointed and sent to bind up broken hearts,

to open blind eyes, set the captives free, and open the prison doors to those that are bound.

Also, help saints become mature attaining to the measure of the fullness of Christ and to

determine By the Holy Ghost, how to develop and bring God’s gifts out of them spiritually,

mentally, and physically.
